Onsite Training People Manager

• Manage a team of 10-15 direct reports, overseeing timesheet and expense submissions weekly
• Coordinate project assignments and collaborate with the resource deployment team
• Support onboarding of new team members through regular check-ins
• Provide direct support via 1:1 meetings to address issues and conduct career coaching
• Consult with large clients on onsite training strategy and approach

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or professional services
• People management experience preferred
• Project management expertise with the ability to oversee multiple complex projects
• Working knowledge of revenue cycle and/or exposure to EHR/EMR systems in a relevant capacity

• Experience in a client-focused, fast-paced environment
• Expertise in applications including MS Office Suite and major web browsers
• Previous experience with athena
