The role of Finance Manager for Intrepid Türkiye is based in the vibrant İstanbul office and offers a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of office and home working each week.

• Degree-level qualifications or higher
• CA/CPA or equivalent with 3‑5 years’ post‑qualification experience (or local equivalent)
• Strong experience with complex accounting systems and finance management
• Experience with Turkish GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements from the Ministry of Finance and MASAK, particularly in foreign‑invested business environments
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• A collaborative leadership style, fostering teamwork and innovation
• A digital mindset and willingness to work with new software
