Role: Client Manager
Location: Fully Remote Position
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus
Hours: Full time

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing, well-established accountancy practice. They are looking for a proactive, dynamic Client Manager to manage a varied portfolio of clients and play a key role in supporting and developing the team. Responsibilities of the Client Manager role include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, including small and medium-sized businesses and individuals
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and maintaining positive relationships
  • Leading and supporting a growing team of bookkeepers
  • Reviewing bookkeeping, non-standard transactions, and reporting key information to senior management
  • Preparation and submission of annual accounts, corporation tax returns, and self-assessment returns
  • VAT return preparation and submission
  • Payroll processing and submission
  • Preparation and submission of confirmation statements
  • Tax planning for both individuals and companies
  • Ad hoc financial reporting and project work as required

Requirements of the Client Manager role include:

  • Fully qualified ACCA or ACA (essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a varied workload
  • Professionalism, integrity, discretion, and accountability
  • Experience with Xero, Dext, Hubdoc, and Bright Pay preferred
