This full-time hybrid Project Manager role is based in Liberty Lake, WA, with flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion. Primary responsibilities include defining project scope, creating and maintaining project timelines, managing budgets, liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential risks, problem-solving to mitigate them, and continually optimizing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Strong Communication and Collaboration skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Experience in Process Optimization, Workflow System Management, and Risk Mitigation
• A background in Marketing, Advertising, or Media sectors and familiarity with social media and online marketing tools
• Strong Problem-solving and Analytical skills to address challenges and improve systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a focus on organization and planning
• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience can be considered
