Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in identifying leadership capability gaps and driving the implementation of H&M Group tools, learning programs, leadership principles, and development experiences.
Your work will empower our leaders to lead with care, inspire their teams, deliver exceptional results, and confidently guide COS into the future – creating an industry‑leading experience for their people.
What You Will Do- Analyse leadership capability gaps and define the skills needed to meet COS’s strategic objectives and employee experience goals.
- Secure processes, frameworks, and methods for leadership development and identification across all levels of management.
- Implement assessments and design development strategies that strengthen leaders in their current roles while preparing them for future positions and aligning with COS’s organizational goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider H&M Group to review and leverage available leadership development tools and training programs, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into onboarding and ongoing development plans for COS colleagues.
- Partner with the Learning team to embed leadership training as a core component of onboarding and continuous learning programs.
- Work with HR BPs to embed leadership development into business strategy and culture.
- Strong knowledge of leadership frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership development processes and assessments.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable leadership strategies.
- Experience in coaching leaders and driving organizational change.
- Previous achievements in creating scalable leadership solutions in global or complex organizations.
This is a full‑time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London, UK.

In this role you will have some flexibility to work remotely; however, due to the high level of cross‑department collaborations, 3 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
