At Directive Consulting, we’re a performance marketing agency that specializes in working with SaaS and tech companies. We’ve developed a unique marketing methodology called Customer Generation, prioritizing SQLs and customers over traditional metrics. The Associate Director role is the most important position at Directive, directly responsible for client and employee retention, with performance reflected in our P&L.

• Goal Setting:
  Directly responsible for setting goals for every client engagement in their pod.
• Best Practices:
  Ensure that every client follows best practices across all channels and mediums, including LTV:
  
  CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
• Breakdown Barriers:
  Understand approval moments, support strategists in earning a yes, and ensure roadblocks are discussed in 1x1s with an action plan to remove them.
• Accountability:
  Build structure, create cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear communication and expectation setting.

• NSM Attainment: 100%
• CSAT: 4.2+
• Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1)

• Salary: $100, USD base + potential bonus eligibility.
