Weare currently looking for a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to join our Community Support Home Office Team.

- 5+ years of proven sales success with C level sales of services.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling.
- Strong customer service track record with measurable results
- Proven success in growing revenue and/or customer base.
- Proven motivational abilities
- Responsibility for developing the strategy and vision for services; communicating and presenting that strategy up and down the chain of command.
- Ability to travel outside of home office area 3-4 nights per week on average
- Highly ethical and responsible sales philosophy
- Successful experience with developing and executing presentations to C level executives
- Ability to develop presentations to aid in the sales process.
- Senior housing or healthcare experience preferred
The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for ensuring that a community is achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy goals.
