This is a unique opportunity for a self‑starter to join as an MLO, quickly learn the business, and transition into a Branch Manager role with full operational ownership and growth potential.
This position is ideal for someone who already brings a strong pipeline and is ready to take the next step in their career by building and leading a high‑performing team.

• Start as an MLO to get up and running fast—then transition into full branch leadership
• Oversee branch operations including sales, compliance, and customer service
• Recruit, develop, and manage top‑performing loan officers and support staff
• Drive loan production through business development and relationship management
• Monitor performance metrics and create strategies to exceed goals
• Represent the branch in the local market through networking and community involvement

• Active NMLS license (MLO license required)
• 3+ years in mortgage sales, including 1+ year in a leadership role
