What you'll do...

Travel: Position requires travel to various office locations 50% or more of the time.

What you'll bring to the team...

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.

• Ability to analyze data, plan, and coordinate multiple projects and work initiatives while meeting deadlines
• Ability to make independent decisions, effecitvely prioritize time, and assume complete responsibility for work.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills, public relations skills, and detail-oriented
• Experience in a retail or similar work environment is required, multi-unit is a plus
• Experience in developing and executing on, short-term and long-range strategic plans
• Meet IRS e-file Suitability requirements as defined by the IRS Publication 3112
• 5 years minimum related work experience
• Passionate and enthusiastic leader with a track record of achieving results.
• Profit and loss (P&L) ownership, including the ability to increase profitability and to develop, analyze, and manage budgets
• Proven track record of driving results through people, including a working knowledge of organizational planning techniques, goal development, hiring, training, and work standards. Remote leadership experience is a must.
• Strong customer relationship skills with the desire and proven ability to work in a diverse work setting
