Role Overview
Sodexo has an exciting opening for a Director, Recipe Governance
, to join our team.
This is a pivotal role responsible for leading the end‑to‑end process of recipe clean up, optimization, and ongoing management across all brands and menu platforms. This leader will drive the standardization, validation, and governance of recipes within the enterprise culinary system (SoDynamix), ensuring that all recipes are accurate, brand‑aligned, operationally feasible, and optimized for both ingredient and menu management.
This is a remote position. Preference for candidates within a commutable distance to Sodexo’s headquarters in Bethesda, MD.

What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience, preferably leading both onsite and remote teams
- Extensive culinary background with operational depth
- Demonstrated experience with an enterprise menu/recipe management system
- Proven recipe governance and documentation skills
- Training, development, and change management expertise
- Strong collaboration and cross functional influence
