• Oversee day-to-day functions of airport programs, ensuring smooth operations and effective sales support
• Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and collaboration with sales and operations teams
• Manage relationships with key airport stakeholders and facilitate sales opportunities
• Implement enterprise-wide changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor and manage inventory of advertising signage and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or project management with a proven track record
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience in the media and advertising industry, particularly related to Out of Home (OOH) advertising
• Demonstrated success in driving cultural change and empowering sales teams
• Familiarity with airport operations and regulatory compliance
• Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time for corporate meetings and industry events
