We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to oversee and develop a team of remote life insurance professionals. This leadership role focuses on recruiting, coaching, and driving consistent performance in a fully remote environment. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Growth
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of remote sales agents
- Provide hands‑on coaching and performance support
- Foster a motivated, accountable, and results‑oriented team culture
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and consistency
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback
- Lead by example through direct sales activity when appropriate
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction
- Support team members in navigating complex sales conversations
- Strengthen long‑term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Training & Continuous Development
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and effectiveness
- Communicate industry updates, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching plans
- Proven experience leading a sales team, preferably within life insurance or financial services
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategy
- Self‑motivated and comfortable managing a fully remote team
- 100% remote position (U.S.
-based candidates only; excluding NY & MA) - Competitive commission‑based compensation with leadership incentives
