As the Regional Sales Director, you’ll oversee a high‑performing team of 10 Account Managers across the Central U.S. Region, covering:
Illinois (IL), Wisconsin (WI), Kentucky (KY), Kansas (KS), Missouri (MO), Minnesota (MN), North Dakota (ND), South Dakota (SD), Nebraska (NE).
You’ll own regional strategy, team performance, customer relationships, and revenue growth—while fostering a culture built on trust, accountability, and momentum.
Lead & Inspire- Drive team performance to achieve annual revenue and gross profit goals
- Build a cohesive, high‑performance sales team rooted in accountability and collaboration
- Implement region‑wide sales tactics aligned to Bound Tree’s Sales Imperatives
- Partner with the Western Region VP of Sales to set quarterly and annual objectives
- Track regional performance and make timely, data‑driven decisions
- Manage sales processes, productivity metrics, and customer satisfaction measures
- Build and maintain relationships with key EMS, fire, and law enforcement agencies
- Stay ahead of competitive trends, pricing pressures, and shifting customer needs
- Coach Account Managers through consistent feedback, stretch assignments, regional meetings, and national sales events
- Administer compensation plans and establish individual sales quotas
- Model trust, innovation, and service—core values rooted in our EMT‑founded legacy
- Equip your team with the tools and support needed to maximize profitable growth

You’ll succeed here if you have:
- 3+ years sales management experience in EMS, medical, or B2B field sales (or equivalent leadership experience)
OR A senior sales professional ready for their first formal leadership role - 5+ years field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Strong coaching, influencing, and team‑building abilities
- Experience forecasting, planning, and developing territory‑level sales strategy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A results‑oriented mindset with sound judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to solve complex problems
