• Drive accountability for the performance management of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Facilitate the departmental annual planning process and mid-year adjustments
• Identify and mitigate risks or operational blockers to OKR success
• Build trust-based relationships across the organization to facilitate discussions about progress and resource gaps
• Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional alignment and communication

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and driving execution in a complex environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Master’s degree preferred
• Ability to think critically, identify issues, and develop actionable strategic solutions
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
