Arbitration Appeals Supervisor - Remote

• Supervise and provide day‑to‑day leadership for Arbitration Closure Appeals staff, including workload management and performance feedback
• Oversee the investigation and evaluation of closed Federal and State arbitration disputes to ensure accurate determinations
• Analyze closure and appeal data to determine prioritization
• Act as the primary management contact for CMS, IDR entities, and arbitrators on post‑closure disputes and related inquiries
• Develop and maintain reporting on post‑closure activity, outcomes, trends, and risk indicators to support leadership decision‑making

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of related healthcare, arbitration, appeals, or dispute resolution experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members

• Previous supervisory or lead experience
• Advanced knowledge of Federal and State arbitration processes and CMS guidance
• Prior healthcare experience and/or appeal work
• Advanced knowledge of payor processes and healthcare billing
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and concepts
