Accountabilities Identify top talent, build and scale high performing teams

Mentor new sales talent and support skill development through the program

Leverage data and metrics to drive insight and make intelligent personnel decisions

Coach, mentor and support SDRs and AAPs in their efforts to generate demand and qualify leads

Collaborate with Sales leaders on business needs and talent development

Requirements8+ years of professional experience with a background in Sales At least 2 years leading Inside Sales/Sales Development Program Experience mentoring new sales talent

Ability to leverage data and metrics effectively

Experience with in SaaSBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
