• Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for achieving objectives in new business implementations
• Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines
• Evaluate project progress and seek solutions to enhance efficiency
• Develop internal and external communication strategies for effective collaboration
• Manage all aspects of projects, including planning, communication, risk assessment, and resource allocation

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously using project management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must possess a REAL
  -compliant driver s license or passport for travel
• Ability to travel domestically via road, rail, and air as required

• Certification(s) such as PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma
• Experience in a transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of professional services economics
• Experience with change management processes
• Proven track record in staff management and development, including mentoring Project Managers
