Property Procurement Team Leader
Location:
London
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum plus £3,500 area allowance
Hours:
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week 8.30am-5pm

Job Objective:
Our client, a provider of housing solutions, is seeking a Property Procurement Team Leader to cover London.
You will oversee the regional procurement team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met, policies are followed, and the team is motivated and supported. The role involves working from home with regular travel, liaising with the property team, preparing for site visits, and attending meetings to report on procurement progress.
We are looking for a driven professional with experience in property sourcing and procurement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a property procurement strategy aligned with company policy.
* Manage property supply through partners, ensuring contract compliance and standards.
* Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and the property team.
* Lead, develop, and motivate the procurement team to meet KPIs and targets.
* Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and report on KPIs.
* Oversee property handovers, sign-offs, and respond to enquiries.
* Promote continuous improvement and best practices across the supply chain.
* Ensure all audits, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards are met.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in procuring residential properties.
* Strong negotiation skills with landlords, agents, and partners.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with authorities, landlords, and stakeholders.
* Leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing procurement teams.
* Knowledge of property legislation, contracts, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
* Ability to manage and optimise property portfolios efficiently.
* Skills in monitoring performance, overseeing handovers, and driving continuous improvement.
* Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.
