Zap is looking for an Account Manager who can build bridges, strengthen bonds, and drive growth. You will act as the point of contact between Zap and key clients, managing long‑term relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver the best service possible. You will be the eyes and ears of both our clients and our team, using a bird‑eye view of all‑things Zap to drive growth and help our teams deliver better services.

What you’ll be up to- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
- Work with clients to understand their vision and build strategies to help them succeed.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and Zap, engaging the necessary internal teams where appropriate and ensuring communication in both directions is open and transparent.
- Analyze account performance, identify upsell opportunities, and work to grow accounts each year.
- Learn all about Zap and stay up‑to‑date on the latest changes in both our business and the wider industry.
- At least three years experience in a strategic, client‑facing role.
- Ability to identify and deliver upsell opportunities.
- A strategic thinker who can understand long‑term goals and devise plans to help Zap achieve them.
- Proven experience of managing long‑term, professional relationships.
- A self‑starter with exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple clients.
- A willingness to learn all about Zap products and services as well as other complex industry topics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven experience of presenting complex topics to uninformed audiences.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Pipedrive and Word Press is a plus.
- Salary range is between £27,000-£30,000, negotiable and dependent on experience.
- Commission structure for Account Growth and Retention.
- Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000.
- We operate on a flexible hours system, allowing you to work at your preferred times.
