This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Project Manager at Sub Struct LLC, you will oversee and coordinate projects to ensure timely and efficient execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with contractors and engineers, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and optimizing logistics for project success. The Project Manager will also handle communication with teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Project Management and a proven ability to efficiently oversee and manage projects from inception to completion
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain project compliance with regulatory standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management for the coordination and optimization of project materials and resources
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Familiarity with ground improvement and foundation solutions is a plus
- New graduates of a Civil Engineering program will be considered
