*** Provide leadership, training, and technical direction to Modernization employees and field operations staff, including support for large bids
* Analyze office‑level financial results, identify variances and drivers, report and support findings with corrective actions
* Monitor field tests as well as first inspection and data reports
* Collaborate with field teams to diagnose and resolve equipment issues and critical customer concerns, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction
* Analyze complaint trends and implement solutions to address systemic issues and enforce adherence to estimated schedules
* Champion operational excellence through process accountability across the Modernization field Operations team within the Operating Area
* Responsible for the quality of all modernizations in the Operating Area##
** Your
Experience:
*** High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
* 5+ years elevator industry experience required
* Management experience required

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Sr Manager, Modernization to provide direction, support, and leadership for all Modernization field operations within the Southeast
- Develop and communicate recommendations for product designs and performance requirements
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities - Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
