We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. Address: 1000 Hilltop Circle, Baltimore, MD 21250. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Full time, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm; days may vary. More details upon interview. Requirement:
Previous food service and supervisory experience needed. Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
