Senior Manager, Business Analytics

Sodexo has an opening for a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to join our team. This position will manage a team of specialists who work with Entegra and our credit memo team providing reporting and short pay tracking. This role will align the team’s priorities to ensure they meet deadlines.

This is a remote position. Candidates should reside within a commutable distance to our Bethesda, MD headquarters.

• Manage Offshore Short Pay Team
• Conduct QA audits and monthly checks of Short Pays
• Report and track short pays through the outlined process
• Ensure all timelines for contracts regarding short pay are met

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years reporting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Solid technical acumen, Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level), Smartsheet
• Good change management skills
