Responsibilities

Technical & Content Advisor

• Provides sound guidance to project teams and leadership, leveraging strong analytical thinking and subject‑matter knowledge.

• Begins to develop specific expertise based on experience, project work, and interest.

Product Content & Delivery

• Fully owns the development and delivery of high‑quality, rigorously QC‑ed, and well‑organized content.

Manages Operations, Processes, & BD Support

• Supervises day‑to‑day operations and collaborates with leadership to identify future strategic opportunities.

People Management

• Supports the development of 1–5 junior team members.

• Monitors performance, provides timely feedback, and coaches team members through training and development activities.

Minimum

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or related areas in life sciences.

• Advanced degree or high‑level education preferred.

• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, quantitative, and team‑contributing skills.

• Interest in the evolving healthcare industry.

• Strong project, time, and organizational management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to interpret and enhance data analytics produced by junior staff.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Compensation

The expected annual compensation for this level is between $198,000 and $215,000 for base and bonus. You will also be eligible for profit sharing, a 401(k) match, and additional performance incentive awards at the time of promotion.
