We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee roofing and exterior remodeling projects. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area and county, Southern Utah, and Davis county, with some flexibility for remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and team members, monitoring project budgets, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering successful project outcomes on time and within scope.
The role involves regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and oversight of project progress to maintain quality and client satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, scheduling, and managing timelines and budgets
- Proficient communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes, roofing systems, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Analytical skills for problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, including on-site and remote work expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a construction or roofing industry role is a plus
