ASSISTANT CONTROLLER
• Hybrid, San Antonio • $120,000 - $130,000

We’re seeking a strategic Controller to lead critical accounting functions, drive process improvements, and help shape the financial future of a company dedicated to improving lives.

- Month-End Close: Manage and execute timely, accurate close processes

- Lease Accounting (ASC 842): Oversee compliance for 30+ leases
- Fixed Assets: Build and implement a comprehensive Fixed Asset system, policies, and SOPs
- Lead & Mentor: Develop, guide, and inspire your team
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certifications: CPA or CMA strongly preferred
- GAAP-ready corporate audit experience
- Multi-site Healthcare And/or Private Equity-backed Growth Company Experience Preferred
- Implementation projects and process improvement expertise
- Minimum 3 Years Of Supervisory/Management Experience
