• We're proud to have hub offices in Chicago, Vancouver, and Toronto, with team members working in a flexible hybrid and remote model. For this role, our priority is hiring candidates based in or near our Chicago. However, we have hubs in other Tech/Financial markets, such as NYC, Boston, San Francisco, and Portland.
• We compensate fairly. We are committed to pay equity/fair pay practices and closing the gender salary gap. Our compensation package proudly includes:
• In determining salary, Reach3 Insights considers many factors including the successful candidate's skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000, with the upper portion typically reserved for tenured employees who have developed extensive job knowledge and expertise within the company.

• Be deeply engaged in all facets of daily business operation including:
• Client relationship management,

• Design, implement & manage a wide array of research programs & projects with a keen eye toward excellence and innovation, including:
• Solution architecture, methodological design & proposal development,
• Operations process & project fulfillment,
• Analysis & creative development of impactful deliverables,
• Bring an exceptional drive and entrepreneurial mindset, while also being highly organized related to planning and implementing both strategic and tactical aspects of the business.
• Actively develop and manage large strategic client relationships.
