As a People Operations Administrator, you will be focused mainly on preparation of the US payroll and all tasks related to this, as well as maintenance of personnel files and data accuracy within our HRIS. In addition, you are an important contact and trusted advisor for employees and managers regarding all questions about payroll, company sponsored benefits, and, time off. Your experience will help you drive growth, excellence and employee satisfaction within LeanIX.

What is waiting for you?- You will be part of a global People (Operations) Team that shares a passion for People
- You will take care of implementation of all personnel administration activities
- You are the go-to person for our employees with personnel-relevant and payroll related questions
- Creation of employment contracts as well as executing on employee changes such as salary changes, promotions, parental leave, part-time work, time off as well as the preparation of work references and more ad-hoc duties as assigned
- You will process and administer our new starters and exits as well as take care of the personnel files
- You will be responsible for the timely processing of monthly payroll accounting (international) in cooperation with external payroll accounting, health insurance companies etc,
- You bring 5+ years professional experience in the People Operations/HR area, personnel administration, and payroll
- You have basic knowledge of US labor law, income tax and social security law
- Empathy for and find enjoyment in with people and provide a high degree of service
- Organizational talent and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Knowledge of Workday HR is an advantage but not essential
