Role Description

The Executive Director at 12 Oaks Senior Living will oversee the overall operations and management of a senior living community to ensure the highest level of care and service excellence for residents. Responsibilities include managing team members, ensuring compliance with regulations, creating and driving community goals, and coordinating financial and operational strategies. The role involves strong collaboration, leadership, and innovation in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Management and Leadership skills, including team supervision, strategic planning, and effective decision-making
  • Experience in financial management, budget planning, and operational strategy
  • Strong knowledge of senior living regulations and compliance standards
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship building
  • Proven skills in problem-solving, adaptability, and innovative thinking
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Experience in senior living or healthcare industries is highly desirable
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, resident-centered environment
