Role Overview
Sodexo has an opening for a Senior Manager II, Business Analytics
, to join our Supply Finance Accounting team. This position will manage a team of specialists who work with Entegra and our credit memo team providing reporting and short pay tracking. This role will work to develop process improvements, reporting, cash applications and allocations.
This is a remote position. Candidates should reside within a commutable distance to our Bethesda, MD headquarters.
What You'll DoKey responsibilities:
- Manage team of five Financial Analyst II
- Conduct QA audits, monthly checks of cash cleared, allocations and statements
- Complete all reporting and tracking of cash applied and invoices in full circle process
- Ensure the team adheres to all timelines set
- Develop and manage continuous process improvements

What You BringKey qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of cash applications
- Solid technical acumen SAP, Excel (Intermediate level) & Smartsheet highly desired
- Strong communications and change management skills

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
