This is a part‑time remote role for the Head of Business Management at MP SCHOLARSHIP SERVICES. The selected candidate will oversee business operations, manage a dynamic team, develop financial strategies, monitor project success, and ensure excellent customer service delivery. Responsibilities also include strategic planning, enhancing sales efforts, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong analytical skills to assess business performance and implement effective strategies
- Knowledge and experience in finance and financial planning
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring high productivity and motivation
- Excellent customer service skills to maintain positive client relationships
- Experience in sales and business development to drive client acquisition and growth
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication abilities
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Familiarity with the education and scholarship industry is a plus
