Responsibilities
  • Lead, recruit, hire, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives focusing on Civilian federal agencies
  • Drive new business strategy and execution, generating and converting pipeline across key Civilian accounts
  • Own regional forecasting and deal qualification to provide visibility into pipeline health and improve win rates
  • Manage complex federal procurement motions, ensuring alignment with agency-specific buying processes
  • Collaborate with various teams to align account plans and enhance customer experience for retention and expansion
Qualifications
  • Experience building and leading regional, field-based sales teams in open source software, Dev Ops, or related enterprise technology
  • Background in data-driven sales operations and advanced use of Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as FedRAMP
  • Proven success in selling complex enterprise deals to large public sector accounts
  • Ability to coach and develop sales talent while fostering an inclusive team culture
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with formal sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
  • Strong skills in managing C-level and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Openness to candidates from diverse backgrounds with transferable skills in enterprise technology sales
