• Manage resources for energy-efficient product programs in Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania
• Serve as the primary contact for Atlantic City Electric and PECO utilities, enhancing program procedures and managing costs
• Oversee program tasks and ensure compliance with state and contract requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to increase participation and achieve contract goals
• Monitor and report on the timely delivery of program tasks

• 3-5 years of project/program management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience with energy efficiency programs
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Bachelor's degree;
  Master's degree preferred
• Reside in Southeastern PA or Southern NJ
• Comfortable with a remote working environment and occasional in-person meetings
