As Segment Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and ensuring that sales objectives align with enterprise goals. Serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, lead and develop high-performing sales teams across multiple verticals and cultivate strategic relationships that optimize risk and deliver sustainable profitability. Responsible for the general management of multiple origination verticals and the related staff.
This position will oversee annual new business volume production of $75MM or greater.
This is a national sales role facilitating sales activities across the United States and we are open to remote employment in most, but not all states. The ideal candidate is preferably located within a commutable distance to a Valley office location.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as member of senior management team. Participate in the development of short and long-term business strategies.
- Manage multiple business verticals including the execution of respective sales objectives.
- Responsible for the hiring, managing and developing of sales professionals required to meet business objectives.
- Guide Sales team to identify new and grow existing manufacture, distributor and referral relationships.
- Identify acquisition targets and new market opportunities to support sales objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for multiple business verticals.
- Develop and realize annual sales objectives for multiple business verticals.
Required Skills:
- Must be highly motivated with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must have a proven track record of success in managing business units including business planning, budgeting and P&L management.
- Must have a strong understanding of business, credit and operational processes.
- Must possess strong negotiation and follow up skills, be a self-starter and goal oriented.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in a business related field and a minimum of 10 years of sales management and equipment financing experience.
