Store Manager

Job Summary (Store # 1436, Santa Clara, CA)

This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, communicating with home office team, and maintaining good relationships with tenants. Smart Stop Store Managers contribute to a successful property by running an organized office, engaging positively with customers, earnestly following up on leads, maintaining existing business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating clearly with the entire management team.

  • Leasing storage and parking
  • Managing a team
  • Assisting with maintenance
  • Supervising onsite projects
  • Communicating with the home office team
  • Maintaining good relationships with tenants by providing outstanding customer service
  • Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels
  • Prepares units for auction and vacates units as prescribed by law and approved by management
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance
  • Computer literate with solid office skills
  • Take-charge/can-do mentality yet able to follow set procedures.
