Includes base salary up to £63,553 + 10% annual bonus, plus on-call and allowances

7-bed EBD home in Castleford, West Yorkshire. A well-established setting with a skilled staff team and stable routines. Part of a two-home group with a sister home and school nearby, offering consistent leadership and strong peer support.
Introduction:
A realistic, well-supported leadership role within an experienced organisation known for retention and child-centred values. The previous manager has moved into a home-based strategic post, leaving behind a well-prepared team and a home that s calm, settled and focused on providing therapeutic care.
About the Role:
• Lead the day-to-day operations with clear backing from the RI
• Support, mentor and develop the staff team
• Maintain strong safeguarding, quality and regulatory standards
• Guide placement stability, care planning and positive outcomes
• Contribute to wider service planning and referrals when required

About You:
Experience & Qualifications:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare)
• Experience managing or leading in a multi-bed EBD children s home
• Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding practice
