Field Operations SupervisorMeridian Bird Removal is searching for a hands‑on Field Operations Supervisor to lead and support Bird Removal Technicians across an assigned region. This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving performance, and being present in the field.
To qualify, you must live and work in one of the following states:
Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, or Tennessee, and be able to travel regularly throughout these states. The Field Operations Supervisor will also travel nationwide as needed and play a critical role in maintaining safety, operational standards, and technician engagement.
- Provide in-field training, coaching, and support to Bird Removal Technicians.
- Conduct regular field visits, evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Analyze field metrics and drive improvement.
- Partner with Training to develop customized training plans.
- Interview and support hiring new technicians.
- Enforce standard operating procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
- Motivate teams and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Experience leading and coaching teams.
- Proven experience in field supervision, regional management, or similar roles (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience coaching employees and driving accountability.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to live and work in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, or Tennessee.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
- Ability to travel nationwide as needed.
- Pay: Base Salary: $52,000–$55,000 (OTE: $62,000–$65,000+)
- Training: Comprehensive bird removal training, state licensing, etc.
