Associate Director, Paid Search & Social (Remote Canada)

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech companies, known for its Customer Generation methodology that prioritizes SQLs and customers over traditional metrics.

We are looking for an Associate Director to lead paid search & social strategies, drive client and employee retention, and directly influence our P&L.

Associate Directors are pivotal at Directive, directly responsible for client and employee retention, with performance reflected in P&L.

• Goal Setting:
  Set goals for every client engagement in your pod.
• Best Practices:
  Ensure all clients follow best practices across channels, including LTV:
  
  CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, functional content.
• Breakdown Barriers:
  Understand approval moments, support strategists to secure approvals, establish action plans to remove roadblocks.
• Accountability:
  Lead rather than manage—build structure, establish cadence, support proactively, and empower team with clear communication and expectation setting.

• NSM Attainment: 100%
• CSAT: 4.2+
• Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1)
