Do you have experience in defined benefit pension plan administration? Would you like to be part of a dynamic team that leverages technology to deliver quality administration services in a supportive and team-oriented environment?
This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to perform your responsibilities within the parameters of our work model. As a Manager, DB Administration, you will be responsible for all aspects of leading and developing a team of administrators for one or more clients, ensuring the timely delivery and quality of services, and building deep relationships with clients. With your attention to detail, you will accurately review complex automated and manual calculations.
Drawing upon your extensive defined benefit administration expertise, you have a passion for excellence and enthusiasm to drive business results by identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities, while demonstrating effective and positive leadership.
