Position

EA to 3 C suite Execs including the CEO — supporting senior leadership, with elements of Executive Assistant and Office Management responsibility. Scope to grow role and get more involved with projects as the role expands.

Salary:

Up to £65,000
, depending on experience.

Hybrid set up:

Need to mirror Execs timetables but there will be scope for some working from home, but it wont be a regular pattern.

Key

responsibilities
  • Acting as a trusted EA to CEO + other Board members
    , supporting senior leadership with day-to-day and strategic priorities
  • Executive Assistant support including diary management, inbox management and meeting coordination
  • Office Management oversight, ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Project support across business initiatives, change programmes and operational improvements
  • Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
  • Working alongside large national EA team
  • Bringing structure, calm and efficiency during a period of growth and change
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior EA / OM
  • Background in engineering, construction or a related technical or infrastructure environment preferred
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving business
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable and confident working autonomously
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, down-to-earth approach
  • A genuine desire to add value and grow with the business.
