• Manage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development.

• Monitor project team activities and ensure progress towards established goals.
• Communicate progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management to recommend changes to product processes and practices.
• Drive integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects.
• Lead and mentor less-experienced staff members.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in project management.
• Extensive experience with project and program planning tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong business acumen with successful program management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
