Project Manager​/Doer​/Office Starter

My current company, Quandary Consultants, is looking for a Project Manager/Doer to assist remote managerial staff (me in Idaho, others in Denver, CO) with starting our newest regional office in the Bakken Region of North Dakota.

I wanted to start with my network first since, referrals are the best way to hire, in my experience.

• The ideal candidate will already live in the Bakken Region, preferably Williston or Watford City, or a commutable distance from either.
• 5-10 years of environmental consulting experience, or a previous position as an environmental professional in the oil and gas industry, is desired (negotiable for the right candidate).
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-driven attitude is a must.
• Our ideal hire will be open to maintaining a temporary home office, with Quandary providing all resources needed to complete client work (including a work truck, storage space if needed), until we can build a book of work that warrants long-term office space rental.

We will also be looking to hire one additional support staff (0-3 years experience) in 2026.

Quandary management will provide strong sales and marketing support to ensure that our newest venture gets off the ground with gusto.

Salary range is $100K to $115K.
