At Directive Consulting, we’re a performance marketing agency specializing in working with SaaS and tech companies. We’ve developed a unique marketing methodology called Customer Generation, which prioritizes generating SQLs and customers over traditional metrics such as MQLs. Our comprehensive range of services includes Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative & Design, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy—all designed to help our clients reach their SQL targets consistently.

Associate Directors are the most important people y are directly responsible for both client and employee retention, and their performance is reflected in our P&L.

• Goal Setting:
  Directly responsible for setting goals for every client engagement in their pod.
• Best Practices:
  Ensure that each client follows best practices across all channels and mediums. In particular:
  • LTV:
    
    CAC modeling
  • Customer Generation
  • Share of SERP
  • Functional Content
• Breakdown Barriers:
  Understand the critical moments of approval and support your strategist in earning a yes. Ensure roadblocks are discussed in every 1x1 conversation with strategists and an action plan is established to remove barriers to success.
• Accountability:
  Build structure, create cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear communication and expectation setting. Leadership, not management, is required.

• NSM Attainment: 100%
• CSAT: 4.2+
• Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1)

🏠 We have a set living wage at Directive; the annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is $100,000 - $135,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility. We are a remote‑first company, offering the option to work from anywhere in the US.
