Yellowstone Life Insurance Agency, an Integrity Company, is excited to announce an opening for a Remote Entrepreneur/Leader position. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while guiding and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional insurance solutions to clients.
As a Remote Entrepreneur/Leader, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to provide financial security to families through life insurance. Your mission will involve leading a team of dedicated agents, fostering a positive and productive environment, and driving their success by developing their skills and encouraging their growth.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a remote team of agents, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive in their roles
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents' understanding of products and effective sales techniques
- Establish performance metrics, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to drive team success
- Create a motivating and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation
- Work closely with upper management to align team goals with broader company objectives and initiatives
- Celebrate team successes and recognize individual contributions to foster high morale and engagement
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a sales or insurance environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for motivating and guiding team members
- Strong analytical skills to assess team performance and implement effective strategies for improvement
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
- Current Life Insurance License is required (candidates may be considered without a license, but must obtain one within 60 days of hire)
- Experience with remote work and virtual team management is a plus
