Responsibilities- Develop and deliver systems, tools, and training to help field managers grow assigned regions.
- Provide hands‑on training to Regional Directors and Managing Partners in their local areas or during new territory start‑ups.
- Supervise, monitor, and influence performance of Managing Partners, Regional Directors, and Financial Representatives in a results‑driven environment.
- Offer feedback and coaching to field managers to enhance performance.
- Travel occasionally to assigned regions for recruiting, training, supervision, and accountability.
- Screen field management candidates and implement pre‑management development programs for proper selection and preparation.
- Recommend appointments and terminations of field managers to the Chief Distribution and Marketing Officer.
- Serve as liaison between Home Office and field, fostering productive relationships and addressing concerns.
- Be available beyond traditional hours to support field needs.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years related work experience; sales experience preferred.
- Ability to pass FINRA Series 6, 63, and 26; we provide study time during work hours.
- FIC, LUTC, CLU, CLF, or other industry credentials preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships across the home office and field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills to engage both virtual and in‑person audiences.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous experience with recruiting and onboarding is a plus.
- Pay: Annual salary range $103 000–$114 000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Work Arrangements: Full‑time, office‑focused, salaried position with limited remote days; approximately 15 % travel, including weekends.
