REMOTE Chief Operating Officer

Take complete ownership of the Filipina Visa (FV) business unit’s operational execution. You will be the “Integrator” to the CEO’s “Visionary,” responsible for transforming strategic goals into daily, weekly, and quarterly results. Your first and most critical mandate is to solve the operational challenges in service delivery, turning it into an efficient, productive, and profitable engine.

Together Light is a dynamic, remote-first company with two highly successful and distinct business units: a leading international dating platform (Christian Filipina) and a premier visa and immigration service (Filipina Visa). We are driven by a visionary CEO and are at a critical inflection point. To scale, we are making our single most important hire: a world-class operational leader.

We are seeking a true Integrator—an operational leader who excels at turning vision into reality. As the strategic partner to our Visionary CEO, you will take complete ownership of a business unit, its P&L, its people, and its processes.

We have two distinct, high-stakes missions available. One needs to focus on growth first; the other needs to focus on process first. Both require an A-player who is obsessive, data-driven, and thrives on accountability, and who ultimately will be able to lead through phrases focused on stability, optimization, and expansion.

You will be the executive accountable for the day-to-day results of an entire business unit.

• Opportunity 1:
  The Growth-First COO (Dating Business)
  • Take full P&L and growth ownership of the dating platform.
  • Revolutionize a marketing strategy that requires growth and vision.
  • Bring on major marketing partners, affiliates, and influencers capable of delivering new leads.
  • Build, hire, and manage a new India-based sales team (Director, leaders, and agents) from the ground up, providing a vision that aligns with our revenue goals.
  • Re-engineer the sales process to be scalable, efficient, and effective.
• Opportunity 2:
  The Process-First COO (Visa Business)
  • Take full P&L and operational ownership of the visa services unit.
  • Solve a complex service delivery challenge, owning the client journey from payment to completion.
  • Master our existing system of 300+ procedures, then identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Lead and manage a large, established team (60+ people), acting as the “police officer” for quality, compliance, and adherence to procedure.
  • Act as the primary “analytical engine” for the business, using data to validate processes and drive profitability.
