Join us as the Program Manager, Student Success, where you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that empower students and strengthen career pathways. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as a strategic leader, project manager, and subject matter expert, guiding the Student Success Support Team to deliver exceptional results for manufacturer-branded employment programs.

You’ll define business requirements, act as a key liaison between centralized teams and campus leaders, and champion a customer-focused approach to student support. Your work will shape and improve processes across advising, training, auditing, and compliance—ensuring every student interaction is meaningful and effective. You’ll design and implement innovative project management strategies, tools, and reporting systems that enable the team to operate at its best.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to driving student employment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with campus and centralized teams to streamline processes and enhance student success initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into efficient workflows and innovative solutions.
  • Develop and manage project plans, tools, and reports to ensure timely, successful delivery.
  • Gather requirements, create user stories, and design process flows for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee audits, training, and compliance to maintain quality and exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Foster team growth through coaching, performance management, and recognition of achievements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Applicable industry experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years project management and/or business analyst experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity and driving solutions and results.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and inter-personal skills with a people‑first/learning approach.
  • Experience successfully presenting and/or facilitating to all types of audiences including all levels of colleagues: front‑line management, senior leadership, peers, campus and home office staff; large groups, small groups, one‑on‑one settings, remote and local environments is required.
Skills
  • Strong listening, coaching, and feedback skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio).
  • Skilled in organizing, planning, and problem‑solving with sound judgment and decision‑making.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions, build consensus, and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable with technology, data analysis, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
