Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver systems, tools, and training to help field managers grow assigned regions.
  • Provide hands‑on training to Regional Directors and Managing Partners in their local areas or during new territory start‑ups.
  • Supervise, monitor, and influence performance of Managing Partners, Regional Directors, and Financial Representatives in a results‑driven environment.
  • Offer feedback and coaching to field managers to enhance performance.
  • Travel occasionally to assigned regions for recruiting, training, supervision, and accountability.
  • Screen field management candidates and implement pre‑management development programs for proper selection and preparation.
  • Recommend appointments and terminations of field managers to the Chief Distribution and Marketing Officer.
  • Serve as liaison between Home Office and field, fostering productive relationships and addressing concerns.
  • Be available beyond traditional hours to support field needs.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
What we need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years related work experience. Sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass FINRA Series 6, 63, and 26. We provide time to study during work hours to help you achieve this goal.
  • FIC, LUTC, CLU, CLF, or other industry credentials preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across the home office and field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills to engage both virtual and in‑person audiences.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Previous experience with recruiting and onboarding is a plus.
What we offer
  • Pay: The annual salary range for this position is $103,000-$114,000. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
  • Work Arrangements: This is a full‑time office focused, salaried position. Office focused positions work on‑site due to the nature of the work and have limited remote days. Approximately 15% travel, including weekends, may be required.
