Senior Manager, Inside Sales; Remote

• Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales managers and representatives to achieve sales targets
• Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Develop and communicate performance expectations and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance and product quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and outcomes

• 10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in sales and 3+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience in managing an inside sales team or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing call metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the department

• Experience with vendor management, retail, and mail order pharmacy
• Background in implementing complex product training for diverse teams
• Familiarity with the diabetes industry or knowledge of diabetes treatment
• Strong technical documentation and training development skills
• Ability to coordinate internal resources for nationwide sales team coverage
