Overview
Senior Director, TGO Strategy Deployment Process Lead - Remote 1
Responsibilities- Strategy deployment & operating rhythm:
Orchestrate governance and rhythm for TGO strategy process (e.g., bottom-up planning, AOP cycle, strategy reviews, quarterly forums). Design and manage deployment processes, including templates, tools, cadence, and mechanisms to track milestones, risks, and value realization. Consolidate and synthesize updates across functions into structured executive-ready materials, dashboards, and reports that enable leadership visibility and action - Cross-functional initiative leadership:
Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and other areas. Serve as the central node for key projects, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and executed effectively across the end-to-end value chain. Escalate risks proactively and recommend course corrections when delivery milestones are at risk - Executive reporting & decision support:
Generate executive-ready reports and presentations that distill complex information into clear insights and support senior leadership in data-driven decision-making. Prepare content and talking points for leadership updates, ensuring consistent messaging on strategy and results - Continuous improvement & operational excellence:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices. Ensure improvement projects are aligned with transformation goals, enhancing productivity and quality - Performance tracking & execution management:
Develop mechanisms to track performance against strategic goals and KPIs. Monitor operational metrics and transformation program milestones, providing regular updates and dashboards to senior leadership on progress, risks, and achievements. Collaborate with Finance to align strategy deployment with financial planning and value tracking - Leadership engagement:
Report to the VP/SVP of TGO Strategy; be a key member of the Leadership Team with regular engagement with the Operations Leadership Team. Oversee a team of ~5 and contribute to shaping the transformation program across Teva Global Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field required
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred, especially with focus in strategy, operations management, or organizational leadership
- Strategic leadership experience: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and management consulting, with tenure at a top-tier firm. Operations background preferred; experience leading enterprise-wide strategy initiatives in a global environment is advantageous

Ability to translate functional strategies into cohesive narratives and actionable insights - Cross-functional program coordination:
Experience coordinating initiatives across functions and regions in a matrixed setting - Financial & business acumen:
Comfort with budgets, business cases, and performance data for executive insights - Global mindset:
Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones in a multinational organization - Communication & narrative development:
Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to create executive-level presentations - Influencing in a matrixed environment:

This position may be based at any Teva office within Europe, with the exception of France and Switzerland.
